McFadden + Raiders = Trouble?

If Darren McFadden is available with the 4th pick the Raiders will undoubtedly pick him.

The Raiders took Russell last year and McFadden this year could give them a young tandem for the future that's if McFadden can stay out of trouble.

Can the Raiders keep McFadden and Russell under control?

Continue Talk of Spygate Tarnish Patriots Legacy?

The New England Patriots are being accused of further taping which leads to the question of how many games have they taped.

Is video taping like taking steroids in baseball? Are the Patriots victories during that time tainted? Are the Patriots cheaters who won a lot of games due to their competitive advantage?

With the #1 Pick in the 2008 Draft the Miami Dolphins Select...

There has been talk lately of Matt Ryan going #1 to the Dolphins. There are a couple of reasons I don't see that happening.

1. Bill Parcells does not like rookie QB's.

2. Bill Parcells DOES NOT like rookie QB's.

3. The Dolphins still have Beck on the roster and while he didn't look great last year, nether did any of the other Dolphins QB's.

Journeyman McCown isn't the long term answer, but is drafting a QB when you have so many other holes a wise pick?

Also is Ryan even a bonafide 1st Pick player?

Look at the recent track record of QB's taken with the top pick. David Carr, Alex Smith...

With the #1 pick in the 2008 Draft the Miami Dolphins Select????

Seattle Seahawks Newly Crowded Backfield

First the Seahawks added T.J. Duckett and now they have signed former Cowbyos running back, Julius Jones.

So, where does that leave Shaun Alexander? On the trading block?

Alexander hasn't been the same since his MVP year in 05. T.J. Duckett is a great short yardage runner.

Jones/Duckett would be a good one two punch provided Jones is healthy and can return to the Jones of two years ago.

Who Will Be The Next Favre?

With the ironman of the NFL retired who will be the next Favre?

Will there ever be another Favre? Peyton Manning is the logical choice a guy whose started since his rookie year and hasn't missed a start, but can Manning last as long as Favre? Will he want to?

Favre had a passion or the game, he had fun on the field, I have yet to see a QB today who matches Favres enthusiasm for the game.

Favre's Tearful Goodbye

Watching Favre's press conference was a somber experience. Even if you aren't a Packers fan, you are a Favre fan if you're a football fan.

Favre gave his all everytime he suited up on Sunday. He wasn't calculated in his play he trusted his arm and his receivers.

The Packers will never be able to replace what Favre meant to the team or organization.

Was Favre the best QB ever, I wouldn't say that, but I would say he was the best QB the Packers could have hoped for.

Warren Sapp Says Goodbye

Warren Sapp busted on the scene from the University of Miami and made his mark on football and the position.

Warren was a huge force from the defensive end position and terrorized QB's for years. While he wasn't the same player once he joined the Raiders, he's leaving his mark on the game.

Russell to Walker Raiders Get Javon

Javon Walker has a new home replacing Porter who went to the Jag's last week. After a disappointing time with the Broncos Walker is ready to join the ranks of elite receivers again.

JaMarcus Russell hopes he gets the Javon Walker of the Packers days not the Broncos days.

Thanks for the Memories Favre

Brett Favre has decided to walk away from the game the future hall of fame Packers QB has been the face of the Packers for years. The former MVP of the league was a class act and we'll be missed beyond his play on the field.

Brett Favre was the Packers and gave the team 100% every Sunday.

Aaron Rodgers you have a big jersey to fill.

Former 1st Round QB's Need a Home

There are former 1st round draft pick QB's that are looking for a home this off season.

Byron Leftwich the former Jags 1st round pick is out of a job in Atlanta.

David Carr the former 1st round pick of the Houston Texans is out of a job in Carolina.

Daunte Culpepper the former Vikings top ick is out of work after playing for his third team the Raiders.

Several teams will be in the market for a veteran back up. The Miami Dolphins, NY Giants, Buffalo Bills,Oakland Raiders and the Vikings all come to mind.

The questioin is, will any of these players get another chance.

Cleveland Browns Say Who Needs Draft Picks

The Cleveland Browns won't be busy on the first day of the draft, becase they have no picks in the first 3 rounds.

The 1st pick traded for Quinn last year, and picks in the 2nd and 3rd round have been traded for Shaun Rogers and Corey Williams.

The Browns recognized their defense was in desperate need of help and they went out and got it.

Why Randy Moss Won't Leave New England

Officially Randy Moss is taking offers from other teams, but is there really a chance he'll be playing anywhere other then New England next year?

Among his list of teams he'd play for Green Bay, NY Giants, Pittsburgh, and Dallas, only Dallas has a legit chance of giving him the money and QB situation. Green Bay would be more attractive if Randy hought Favre would be around longer then a year.

Can you imagine Moss and Owens on the same team, Texas is big, but is it that big?

I'd be surprised if New England lets Moss go they've aleady lost Stallworth.

Brady to Moss is a winning combination that I can't see the Patriots breaking.

Michael Turner Falcons New Running Back

After years of being back up to Tomlinson in San Diego Turner is getting his chance to be a starter in the league. The Atlanta Falcons in desperate need of offensive weapons got a big piece of the puzzle with the signing of Turner.

Will Ryan be the next piece in the NFL Draft? For now it looks like it's Chris Redman's job to loose.

Free Agent Frenzy

With the Super Bowl a distant memory, congratulations again to the NY Giants, free agency has started with a bang.

Bill Parcells has begun his make over of the Miami Dolphins and the team will be unrecknoizable to Dolphins fans next year. Gone are the mainstays on defense Zach Thomas and Jason Taylor.

Two of the three starting QB's last year are gone, no lost there and in comes Josh McCown. Is Josh McCown the answer at QB? He can't be any worse. He has at least had some good games in the past and I'm not sold on Beck.

Another team making a big moves in free agency, the 49ers. Isaac Bruce is a good pick up for a team that's changed receivers every year. Bruce will be reunited with Mike Martz the new offensive coordinator. The question is, who will be throwing the ball to Bruce, Shaun Hill or Alex Smith?

Theh 49ers also added Justin Smith and Deshaun Foster. Smith had a career low 2 sacks, but the 49ers hope he'll be able to team with Manny Lawson and create pressure on the QB something San Francisco had trouble with last year.
